What is Bottomless return policy?
We want you to love your Bottomless huaraches as much as we do! 😊 If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange on domestic (US) orders. We will accept a return on Bottomless products that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly at LiveBottomless.com. Returns of exchanged cannot be exchanged again. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return. International customers, please email email@example.com for assistance on your return.
How do I return my items?
Enter your email below to initiate a return or exchange. Once your return is authorized, you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
Please make sure to use the return shipping label that we provide (we pay the shipping cost!) and reuse the original shipping box or bag that was used to send it back to us in.
What are my return options?
We currently offer returns for an exchange or a full refund back to the original form of payment. If you are looking to try a different size, we recommend doing an exchange so you can get your new order ASAP! 🚀
How many times can I exchange?
The first exchange is FREE. We cover the shipping costs for both the return and sending the exchanged item(s). At the moment we can only offer ONE exchange. For a 2nd exchange, we would ask that the shipping fees be paid by the customer. Typically, when exchanging for a different size, we will give you exact measurements so you may decide whether you want to do the exchange or receive a full refund.
