What is our return policy?

We want you to love your Bottomless huaraches as much as we do! 😊 If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We offer one free exchange and return for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date on domestic (US) orders. Purchases must be made directly at

*We don't offer returns/exchanges on CLEARANCE ITEMS. Please refer to our sizing chart to have a better idea if our sandals will be a good fit.

*We don't offer returns/exchanges on international shipments. If your order was shipped outside of the US, orders are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please refer to our sizing chart to have a better idea if our sandals will be a good fit.

Allow up to 2-3 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse. We will cover the shipping cost to return the shoes back to you.

*If the item is listed as final sale at the time of purchase, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. 
*International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return my items?

Enter your email below to initiate a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

Please make sure to use the return shipping label that we provide (we pay the shipping cost!) and reuse the original shipping box or bag that was used to send it back to us in.

What are my return options?

We currently offer returns for an exchange or a full refund back to the original form of payment. If you are looking to try a different size, we recommend doing an exchange so you can get your new order ASAP! 🚀

How many times can I exchange?

The first exchange is FREE. We cover the shipping costs for both the return and sending the exchanged item(s). At the moment we can only offer ONE free exchange. For a 2nd exchange, we ask that the shipping fees be paid by the customer. Typically, when exchanging for a different size, we will give you exact measurements so you may decide whether you want to do the exchange or receive a full refund.

Can I return CLEARANCE items?

We do not offer returns/exchanges on CLEARANCE ITEMS. Please refer to our sizing chart to have a better idea if our sandals will be a good fit.
