What is Bottomless return policy?
We want you to love your Bottomless products as much as we do! 😊 If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange on domestic (US) orders. We will accept a return on Bottomless items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly at LiveBottomless.com. Returns of exchanged cannot be exchanged again. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return. International customers, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance on your return.
How do I return my items?
Enter your email below to initiate a return or exchange. Once your return is authorized, you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
Please make sure to use the return shipping label that we provide (we pay the shipping cost!) and reuse the original shipping box or bag that was used to send it back to us in.
What are my return options?
We currently offer returns for an exchange or a full refund back to the original form of payment. If you are looking to try a different size, we recommend doing and exchange so you can get your new order ASAP! 🚀
