Return Policy

 

All clean & unaltered items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. If you return an item, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking. 

 

All footwear must be clean & not altered. We recommend walking on a clean surface/carpet when trying them on so as to not dirty the soles. We cannot accept any unclean or altered products. 

 

We only give full refunds for factory defects or if we sent the wrong item.

 

Exchange Policy

Allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse. The buyer must cover the shipping cost to exchange the items.

Huaraches fit too small?

In the majority of cases the fine woven leather strips mold to the shape of your feet over time. 

We recommend wearing them on a clean surface or carpet for 3 days to allow time to break in. For some people, they break in within a day and others within a week. As long as your toes are not bending or crunching. If they are crunching, then a bigger size is ideal.

If they still feel tight after that time, then we can accept a return or exchange. Please note, huaraches must be CLEAN for us to accept a return/exchange, so please try to walk on clean surfaces 😊

When will my order ship out?

We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as possible, usually 1-3 business days. During holidays, this may be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out 🚀

When will I receive my order?

All orders ship out of our warehouse facility from sunny Los Angeles. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Here is a timeline of when you can expect your order:

Timelines start from ship date. Please allow 1-2 business days for order to be processed.

  • Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) - FREE for orders over $80 in the US
  • UPS Next Day Air (next day evening if order is placed before 1pm PST) - Rates vary based on location

How do I track my order?

Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us hola@livebottomless.com so we can help you track your order.

What if my package was stolen?

To help prevent stolen packages, we recommend selecting our Signature Required | Ships via UPS® option at checkout. This ensures your package is only handed directly to you.

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re unfortunately unable to replace or refund stolen packages.

What is the return policy?
