Returns & Exchanges
All clean & unaltered items may be returned within 21 days of the original purchase date. If you choose to return an item, the shipping cost will be held from your refund to cover our shipping and restocking.
All footwear must be clean & unaltered. We recommend walking on a clean surface/carpet when trying them on so as to not dirty the soles. We cannot accept any unclean products.
We only give full refunds for factory defects or if we sent the wrong item.
We offer ONE free exchange for any clean & unaltered items within 21 days of the original purchase date on US orders.
Allow up to 2-3 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse. We cover the shipping cost for the first exchange. For a 2nd exchange, the buyer must cover the shipping cost.
*We don't offer returns/exchanges on CLEARANCE ITEMS. Please email us at email@example.com and we can give you exact measurements of the item you are interested in.
**We don't offer returns/exchanges on international shipments. If your order was shipped outside of the US, orders are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can give you exact measurements of the item you are interested in.
How do I return my items?

Once approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label.
Please reuse original shipping box & bag to send the shoes back to us.
How many times can I exchange?
The first exchange is FREE. We cover the shipping costs for the return and the exchanged item(s). At the moment we can only offer ONE free exchange. For a 2nd exchange, we ask that the shipping be paid by the customer. Typically, when exchanging for a different size, we will give you exact measurements.
Can I return CLEARANCE items?
We DO NOT offer returns/exchanges on CLEARANCE ITEMS. Please refer to our sizing chart to have a better idea if our sandals will be a good fit.
What are my return options?
We currently offer ONE FREE exchange, store credit OR a return for refund minus the shipping cost from your total to cover the return label & restocking.
