When will my order ship out?
We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as possible, usually 1-2 business days processing time. During holidays, this may be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out 🚀
When will I receive my order?
All orders ship out of our warehouse facility in sunny Los Angeles, California. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Here is a timeline of when you can expect your order:

Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us email@example.com so we can help you track your order.
What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Bottomless products as much as we do! 😊 If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange on domestic (US) orders. We will accept a return on Bottomless items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly at LiveBottomless.com. Returns of exchanged cannot be exchanged again. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return. International customers, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance on your return.
