When will my order ship out?
We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as possible, usually 1-2 business days processing time. During holidays, this may be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out 🚀
When will I receive my order?
All orders ship out of our warehouse facility from sunny Los Angeles. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Here is a timeline of when you can expect your order:

- Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) - FREE for orders over $80 in the US
- UPS Next Day Air (next day evening if order is placed before 1pm PST) - Rates vary based on location
How do I track my order?
Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you track your order.
What is the return policy?
We offer one free exchange for any clean and unaltered items exchanged within 21 days of the original purchase date on US orders. If you choose to return an item, the shipping cost will be held from your refund to cover our shipping and restocking.
*We don't offer returns/exchanges on international shipments. If your order was shipped outside of the US, orders are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please refer to our sizing chart to have a better idea if our sandals will be a good fit.
Allow up to 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse. We will cover the shipping cost to return the shoes back to you.
CAN I RETURN CLEARANCE ITEMS?
We do not offer returns/exchanges on CLEARANCE ITEMS.

Originally incepted as a swimwear brand, along our journey we eventually went back to our Mexican roots and pivoted to collaborating with artisan families from Michoacán, México.
Inspired by the huarache sandals we wore during our mimosa fueled brainstorm; we had found our flagship product. The footwear we have fond memories of growing up with in Mexico.
It's Colombia, Not Columbia
We've since expanded to other artisan products that we've encountered in our travels and that remain true to the lifestyle. All while collaborating with native artisans. Our most recent collaboration is with the women of the Wayuu tribe from La Guajira, Colombia.
