Huaraches fit too small?

In the majority of cases the fine woven leather strips mold to the shape of your feet over time. For some people they break in within a day and others within a week. As long as your toes are not bending or crunching. If they are crunching then a bigger size is ideal.
We'd recommend wearing them inside the house on a carpet for 3 days to allow time to break them in. If they still feel tight after that time, then we can definitely accept a return or exchange. Please note, the huaraches must be clean for us to accept a return/exchange so please try to walk only on carpet 😊

Do you offer Free Shipping on all orders?

We offer free Priority shipping on all orders over $80! We ship them via the US Postal Service 🚚📦

When will my order ship out?

We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as possible, usually 1-2 business days processing time. Due to safety measures during this pandemic, there may be a slight delay. During holidays, this may be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out 🚀

When will I receive my order?

All orders ship out of our warehouse facility in sunny Los Angeles, California. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Here is a timeline of when you can expect your order:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
  • Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) - FREE for orders over $80 in the US
  • UPS Next Day Air (next day evening if order is placed before 1pm PST) - Rates vary based on location

How do I track my order?

Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us hola@livebottomless.com so we can help you track your order.

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your Bottomless huaraches as much as we do! 😊 If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We offer one free exchange and return for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date on domestic US orders. Purchases must be made directly at livebottomless.com

*We don't offer returns/exchanges on international shipments. If your order was shipped outside of the US, orders are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please refer to our sizing chart to have a better idea if our sandals will be a good fit.

Allow up to 2-3 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse. We will cover the shipping cost to return the shoes back to you.

I purchased one of your products on Zulily, can I return them to you?

You would need to contact Zulily for their return policy. The same applies if an item was purchased from any other retailer.
