Fit & Sizing
Huaraches fit too small?
In the majority of cases the fine woven leather strips mold to the shape of your feet over time.
We recommend wearing them on a clean surface or carpet for 3 days to allow time to break in.For some people, they break in within a day and others within a week. As long as your toes are not bending or crunching. If they are crunching, then a bigger size is ideal.
If they still feel tight after that time, then we can accept a return or exchange. Please note, huaraches must be CLEAN for us to accept a return/exchange, so please try to walk on clean surfaces 😊

When will my order ship out?
All orders ship out of our warehouse facility from sunny Los Angeles. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Here is a timeline of when you can expect your order:
Timelines start from ship date. Please allow 1-2 business days for order to be processed.
- Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) - FREE for orders over $80 in the US
- UPS Next Day Air (next day evening if order is placed before 1pm PST) - Rates vary based on location
How do I track my order?
Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us at hola@livebottomless.com so we can help you track your order.
What if my package was stolen?
To help prevent stolen packages, we recommend selecting our Signature Required | Ships via UPS® option at checkout. This ensures your package is only handed directly to you.
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re unfortunately unable to replace or refund stolen packages.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
All clean & unaltered items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. If you return an item, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.
*We don't offer returns/exchanges on international shipments. If your order was shipped outside of the US, it is not eligible for a return or exchange. Please email us and we'll give you the exact measurements to have a better idea if our sandals will be a good fit.
Allow up to 3-5 business days for your exchange/refund to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse.
Can I return Clearance Items?
We DO NOT offer returns/exchanges on CLEARANCE or ON SALE ITEMS. Please email us at hola@livebottomless.com and we can give you exact measurements of the item you are interested in.
