If you choose to return an item, $9.95 will be held from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.
All footwear must be clean & unaltered. We recommend walking on a clean surface or carpet when trying them on so as to not dirty the soles. We cannot accept any unclean/altered products.
We offer ONE free exchange for any clean/unaltered items within 30 days of the original purchase date on US orders. Purchases must be made directly at livebottomless.com.
Allow up to 2-3 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse. We cover the shipping cost for the first exchange. For a 2nd exchange, the buyer must cover the shipping cost.

How do I return my items?
Enter your email and order number below to initiate a return or exchange. Once approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label.
Please reuse original shipping box & bag that was used to send it back to us.
How many times can I exchange?
The first exchange is FREE. We cover the shipping costs for both the return and sending the exchanged item(s). At the moment we can only offer ONE free exchange. For a 2nd exchange, we ask that the shipping fees be paid by the customer. Typically, when exchanging for a different size, we will give you exact measurements so you may decide whether you want to do the exchange or receive a full refund.
Can I return CLEARANCE items?
We DO NOT offer returns/exchanges on CLEARANCE ITEMS. Please refer to our sizing chart to have a better idea if our sandals will be a good fit.
